Emerised finish with contrast canvas on inside of neck, tipped on outside of neck. Jersey tipped cuffs. Stepped hem with side vent detail and contrast external flat tape around side vents. Contrast zip with silver colour metal teeth/puller. Contrast flat tape plus detail on left side seam as worn with twin needle hexagonal locker patch. Edge stitch detail around armhole and flat tape detail around inside back neck with small plus hem loop label at back. Heavily brushed for luxurious feel. BSCI certified.

Washing Instructions
30 Synthetic. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. 2 dot iron. P dry clean. Wash at 30 degrees. Dry out of direct heat and sunlight. Colour loss may occur during initial washes. Do not wring. Do not iron on decoration.
Delivery:
- Garments without decoration aim to be despatched within 2-3 working days from order confirmation.
- Decorated garments turn around time averages 7-10 working days from when you have approved your artwork.
- Changes to your order after confirmation may result in additional charges and an extension to your lead time.
- We use DPD and UPS for Irish and international shipments.
- Delivery within Ireland is a flat fee of €10 (ex-VAT). If your destination is out of Ireland, additional charges will apply.
- Collection from our premises in Dublin is also an option.
Returns Policy:
All goods for return or refund must be sent directly to Promowear Ltd. Unit D5, North City Business Park, Finglas, Dublin 11, D11 AHK5 with a completed returns form.
- Plain garments (no logo) can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- If you have not requested a return within 14 days of receiving your order, we will assume you are keeping the goods and won't authorise a return.
- If you have received the wrong items or they are faulty, we will arrange collection of the items.
- You must organise the return of items to us for any other reason.
- Delivery charges will not be refunded unless the delivered goods are faulty or the wrong items were received.
Please note, items must be returned in an unworn and acceptable condition.
Products we’re unable to accept back
Regretfully, as our customised items are bespoke, we cannot accept the return of customised items.
We will replace any customised item if it is faulty. But otherwise, we don’t offer returns or refunds.
If your item is faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your goods. Our Customer support team may require supporting images for faulty items, please include these in your initial email so we are able to come to a resolution swiftly.
