Washing Instructions
Cool machine wash with pure soap flakes. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry .Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Wash dark colours separately. Close all fasteners before washing and drying. Do not store whilst damp.

Delivery:
- Garments without decoration aim to be despatched within 2-3 working days from order confirmation.
- Decorated garments turn around time averages 7-10 working days from when you have approved your artwork.
- Changes to your order after confirmation may result in additional charges and an extension to your lead time.
- We use DPD and UPS for Irish and international shipments.
- Delivery within Ireland is a flat fee of €10 (ex-VAT). If your destination is out of Ireland, additional charges will apply.
- Collection from our premises in Dublin is also an option.
Returns Policy:
All goods for return or refund must be sent directly to Promowear Ltd. Unit D5, North City Business Park, Finglas, Dublin 11, D11 AHK5 with a completed returns form.
- Plain garments (no logo) can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- If you have not requested a return within 14 days of receiving your order, we will assume you are keeping the goods and won't authorise a return.
- If you have received the wrong items or they are faulty, we will arrange collection of the items.
- You must organise the return of items to us for any other reason.
- Delivery charges will not be refunded unless the delivered goods are faulty or the wrong items were received.
Please note, items must be returned in an unworn and acceptable condition.
Products we’re unable to accept back
Regretfully, as our customised items are bespoke, we cannot accept the return of customised items.
We will replace any customised item if it is faulty. But otherwise, we don’t offer returns or refunds.
If your item is faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your goods. Our Customer support team may require supporting images for faulty items, please include these in your initial email so we are able to come to a resolution swiftly.
